Provide a default .ini configuration
Set up for inculding custom content from a separate directory
Add timestamp prefix to log files
Reduce number of env vars

An example .ini configuration file is provided for demonstration
purposes. Admins are encouraged to provide their own .ini configuration file and
mount it into the running container, either with overriding the default ini path or with specifying an alternative path.
